Over the past few years, our teams have solved a wide variety of cases, such as analyzing beer drinking and hairstyle trends by utilizing our Visual Recognition Tools, as well as identifying prospective leads by generating intelligence dashboards derived from Visual Content Analysis.
Do you want to make a huge impact on a scaleup with an innovative product by directly growing our business on a big scale? As a dedicated Account Manager, you’re working to ensure the long-term relationships with our key clients. You have a go-getter personality when it comes to connecting the dots with existing clients, business executives and stakeholders, and importantly: you’re passionate about AI technology and all its unlocked potential.
In a team of 4, you will optimize our project delivery by growing the existing client accounts. Some of your typical responsibilities include:
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through outbound prospecting to upsell, renew and cross-sell our services specifically for the FMCG industry.
Discover in-depth understanding of clients’ businesses to leverage their (changing) needs and suggest improvements to keep improving our projects.
Work closely together with our Project Managers and Data Scientists regarding any highly technical queries and provide insightful client support.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the company in translating the business and product strategy into a partner strategy, and identify key partnerships that can grow our business.
2-3 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology/software company
Preferably a background in consultancy and dealing with large accounts
Exceptional attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent communication & negotiation skills and ability to present complex topics to our key stakeholders
Fluent in English and preferably in Dutch
