Today, our company has offices in Amsterdam, Shanghai, Vienna, and New York. Over the past few years, our teams have solved a wide variety of cases, such as analyzing beer drinking and hairstyle trends by utilizing our Visual Recognition Tools, as well as identifying prospective leads by generating intelligence dashboards derived from Visual Content Analysis.


Role Description

As our Staff analyst, you’ll have full responsibility of improving our internal processes as part of the staff team, which consists of the (amazing) core teams of Finance, Legal and HR. Your goal is to optimize inter-departmental processes, first of all by analysing the business, conducting internal and external research and analysing the data to transform this into solutions for us. In the beginning, this would probably be a lot of new processes and policies to introduce, but would transform into ways for us to improve as a business.

More specifically, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Creating a detailed financial, market and operational analysis, outlining problems opportunities and solutions 

  • Regular review and analyse using operational metrics and reports

  • Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes

  • Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting

  • Oversee the implementation of new systems, procedures, policies and/or technologies

  • Supporting with due diligence for vendor selection



  • Recently graduated with a Bachelor or Master degree in the Finance or Analytical field

  • A strong affinity with (financial) analysis

  • A strong and clear communicator, with the ability to connect with people throughout the organization

  • You are proactive, analytical and have a strong eye for details

  • Experience working with Excel 

  • Fluency in English, spoken and written
