We are looking for an ambitious Customer Success Manager to join Dashmote’s fast-growing Customer Success team. This position is based in Amsterdam, and will report directly to the Customer Success Lead. Your role is to build strong relations with key client teams. You take responsibility in executing and perfecting our Customer Success strategy and the sustainable growth of our existing customer portfolio. Your efforts will drive customer satisfaction and happiness.
What will you do?
You work as a strategic partner of your clients. As you establish and oversee the client’s adoption, training and development of best practice, you continuously drive clients’ return on investment;
You identify and influence decision-makers and key stakeholders of some of the largest firms in the world;
You work closely with our Account Managers to develop the Customer Success-, and Renewal strategies and to drive customer engagement with our clients;
You are part of the creation and optimization of Customer Success Management processes;
You successfully onboard clients onto our tool in the most optimal way for them to reach their targets;
You identify and evaluate opportunities to increase customer retention and satisfaction through the use of our solution;
Together with our Project Management team, you prepare and educate clients on new features and releases;
You act as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement of our product and team.
What will you bring?
Professional fluency in English;
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field;
2+ years of experience in a client-oriented role (CSM, Sales, Account Management, Implementation Management, Consultancy etc.);
Knowledge of & interest in our technology and our target sectors;
Proven record of building relationships with a variety of stakeholders that have resulted in measurable success;
Willingness to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment;
Energetic and proactive personality;
Experience with CRM / Sales tools (e.g.: Salesforce) is a plus.
