What you will be doing

  • Successfully onboarding clients into our solution and supporting clients in reaching their internal targets
  • Establish and oversee the client’s adoption, training and development of best practices to continuously drive the customer's return on investment
  • Design and implement best practices for building long-term strategic relationships with our clients
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to increase customer retention and satisfaction through the use of our solution
  • Prepare and educate clients on new features and releases
  • Act as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement of our product and team

Job requirements

Who we need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer oriented role (CSM, Sales, Account Management, Consultancy)
  • Basic knowledge & interest in our technology and our target groups
  • Ability to become proficient with our solution quickly and understand our products technical capabilities
  • Proven record of building relationships with a variety of stakeholders that have resulted in measurable success
  • Willingness to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment
  • Energetic and proactive personality
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Based in Shanghai
