The Role

We are looking for a Delivery Lead with an interest in Technology, to join our delivery team. This position is based in Amsterdam, and is part of the Product & Engineering department. As delivery lead, you are the liaison between the engineering leads and the client teams. You are well organised, have the ability to manage deadlines and are well capable to connect and communicate with a large variety of people/senior stakeholders. You will enable our great solutions to be delivered to fortune 500 companies around the world, such as: Coca-Cola, Heineken and many more.

What will you do?

  • You will make sure that all the (technical) requirements are clearly defined and are clarified to our engineering teams

  • You align with solution architects and sales engineering teams to support our clients with defining solid requirements and building/managing project plans;

  • You will monitor the capacity of our technical teams and align with the commercial teams accordingly

  • You will make sure that client requests get researched by the right people and potential solutions to be communicated with the client teams

  • You will keep track of potential roadblocks and ensure they are resolved before they stop us from delivering to our great clients

  • You keep an eye on all the critical delivery deadlines and facilitate communication both internally and externally

  • You prepare key project documentation including client reports, project status reports, presentations, and agendas;

  • You coordinate internal and external project meetings and associated documentation (e.g., meeting minutes, agendas).

Job requirements

What will you bring?

  • Bachelor/Master degree

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Project Management, IT project management is a plus,

  • Excellent skills in managing deliverables and timelines

  • Familiarity or basic experience with SQL

  • Affinity or eager to learn (new) concepts: e.g. Alteryx, Data models, Airflow, etc.

  • Strategic, creative and conceptual mindset;

  • Experience working in an external, client-facing position;

  • Excellent communication skills and experience in building relationships with multiple levels and functions, internal and external to the company;

  • Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
