Dashmote has two flagship products. DashLeads: the intelligent lead identification & sales execution solution designed for field sales teams. DashONE: the insights platform for E-commerce teams of Food & Beverage brands to keep track of their Food Delivery performance, growth potential & execution.
About the role
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial go-to-market executive to join our commercial team. You will own the full sales cycle, from opportunity generation to closing, by guiding prospects through the value of our solutions.

What you’ll do
Generate & convert sales opportunities
You convert leads into opportunities by engaging inbound traffic and proactively pursuing your own prospect outreach, event participation, and client expansion.Be a product advisor
You help prospects make confident decisions by translating what Dashmote can do into clear outcomes (better outlet prioritization, faster territory planning, higher hit rate for field sales, etc).Run sharp demos that lead somewhere
Turn prospect needs into concrete action plans. Guide prospects through structured demos that surface: their ICP, current data gaps, how they pick outlets today, what “good” looks like, and what would justify a buy.Build proof, not slides
Design fast proof-of-value flows & stories. You’ll help prospects validate and quantify why the solution mattersFacilitate buying decisions
Build crisp materials that make buying easy: trial success plans, ROI narratives, one-page business cases, and executive-ready summaries that speak to end-users and decision makers. Think clarity collateral, not sales fluff.Operate as an owner
You’ll keep deal control and choose pragmatism over process: action plans, high-signal next steps, fast feedback cycles and find the edge you need to convert product interest into revenue
About you
Minimum 3 years of successful experience in a revenue-carrying role within a high-volume sales environment
Strong technical foundation and/or experience in selling or monetising data products
AI fluency
Proven entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building
Sharp thinker and direct communicator. No fluff
Comfortable with an office first work environment
