Over the past few years, our teams have solved a wide variety of cases, such as analyzing beer drinking and hairstyle trends by utilizing our Visual Recognition Tools, as well as identifying prospective leads by generating intelligence dashboards derived from Visual Content Analysis.
Our team is currently looking for a Recruiter to join the HR department. You'll take ownership over the full cycle of our recruitment process and help to facilitate an effective recruitment process alongside our hiring managers. You're passionate about building relationships and connecting to people, more specifically candidates and business partners.
Some of your typical responsibilities include:
End-to-end recruitment process, including but not limited to sourcing, phone screening, interview scheduling and making offers
Facilitate effective (and creative) recruitment strategies and drive data-driven decisions
Act as our main point of contact for all candidates throughout the recruitment process
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent and unique candidate experience
You have a startup mindset - you're adaptable and have a bias toward action
You have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment (tech recruitment is a plus point)
Fluent English and Dutch (preferred)
You have strong interpersonal skills and are comfortable working with experienced managers and quickly building relationships with candidates and colleagues
Sense of humor required
