Dashmote is currently seeking a Sales Intern (Growth). This position is based at our Headquarters in Amsterdam.


Role Description

As a DeliverMore Growth Intern at Dashmote, you will be an integral part of our small fast-paced DeliverMore team, which is at the forefront of launching our new innovative service worldwide right now. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth journey while gaining hands-on experience in managing outreach efforts toward potential clients across various channels.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and support sales channels end-to-end.
  • Plan and execute holistic outreach strategies in cooperation with the team.
  • Take (full) ownership and manage outreach channels, by demonstrating initiative and strategic thinking.
  • Continuously optimize and fine-tune outreach channels to maximize effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reporting of results and updates to the team, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
  • Assist in various tasks within the sales function, leveraging a hands-on approach due to the small team environment.
  • Demonstrate initiative in daily operations and contribute to the development and optimization of processes.

Job requirements

Your Background

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is preferred but optional.
  • Full English working proficiency. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality conducive to effective client interactions.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to optimize processes by translating numbers into conclusions and actions.
  • Experience with SQL and/or Python is a plus.
  • Proactive with the ability to take initiative and strategic ownership of tasks.
  • Resilient and adaptable, thriving in a startup environment where change is constant.
  • A dynamic and quick-thinking individual capable of adapting to fast-paced environments.
  • Self-reliant and independent worker who excels with little guidance.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
