Dashmote is an AI technology scale-up headquartered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. With the goal of bridging the gap between images and data, we are working to bring AI-based solutions to marketers at clients like Heineken, Unilever, Philips, L’Oreal, and Coca-Cola. We add value in areas such as Location Analysis, Trends Analysis, and Marketing Intelligence.


Today, our company has offices in Amsterdam, Shanghai, Vienna, and New York. Over the past few years, our teams have solved a wide variety of cases, such as analyzing beer drinking and hairstyle trends by utilizing our Visual Recognition Tools, as well as identifying prospective leads by generating intelligence dashboards derived from Visual Content Analysis.


Role Description

As a Senior Business Developer, you will be a key member of the team executing the company’s business development strategy. You play a key role to drive strategic goals and partner success while assisting the Head of Business Development in translating our clients' feedback into constructive product requirements. 

More specifically, your responsibilities are:

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize sales opportunities, including developing business cases, structuring deal terms, build a negotiation strategy and leading negotiations

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the company in translating the business and product strategy into a partner strategy, and identify key partnerships that can grow our business
  • Proactively manage the acquisition process for leads, including business intelligence, market strategies and plans, propositions and quotations
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers of new and existing clients and discover in-depth understanding of clients' businesses to leverage their (changing) needs


    • 2-3 years of related experience in business development/partnership management, preferably in the technology/software company

    • Experience in management consulting is a plus point

    • Exceptional attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Excellent communication & negotiation skills and comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely

    • Fluent in English and preferably in Dutch
